The Ultra Suspension Kit includes everything to take your stock suspension to the next level. The "upgrades" we offer will build upon the suspension and chassis with the latest technology and bring your car to a competitive weekender, or even a full race set-up.

All leaf springs are shipped out of box as required by Fed Ex and UPS.

Stage 1 Performance upgrade for your stock suspension. With a wide range of spring options, this kit uses control arms made in the USA and will increase the cornering performance while renewing your old worn out suspension. The addition of the larger front anti-sway bar will enhance the cornering capability of your car. The cost effective upgrades allow the customer to raise the level of performance to suit his/her needs.
Stage 2 The next step adds USA tubular adjustable Street or Track brand Upper and Lower Control arms for extreme performance needs. These will require the you to make the necessary UCA Relocation for improved geometry and camber capability. By adding the SOT Adjustable Strut Rods to the kit in the drop down options, you can be assured your suspension meets even the most demanding performance needs.
Stage 3 The ultimate upgrade for your stock suspension includes TCP tubular adjustable realigned Upper Control Arms and tubular Lower Control Arms for added super strength and camber adjustment. These will require the you to make the necessary UCA Relocation for improved geometry and camber capability. TCP manufacturers the ultimate in early Mustang performance suspension which can be used at any level of performance. Add the optional adjustable Strut Rods for even more strength and caster adjustment in a snap.

Technical Information By clicking on the available links for upgrades, you can familiarize yourself with the enhancements these cutting edge products provide. Many things can affect the ride height; including engine size, aluminum heads, intakes, the addition or removal of air conditioning systems, engine size, battery relocation, fiberglass hoods, racing aprons etc, etc. The performance springs can be set closer to the stock ride height by using the 1" "Insulator Option" below. Ride heights are referring to the stock, right off the assembly line heights. Most cars have sagged over the years so actual height lowering may vary from these numbers. Additional lowering may be accomplished by doing the UCA Relocation, and/or cutting 1/8 of a coil at a time, re-assemble and drive to settle. Use of this template is fine but make sure to check the template dimensions for accurate measurements. The Lowering Jig is another option. When doing the UCA Relocation, we recommend going with the Stage 2 Street or Track realigned adjustable tubular a arm kit below or the Stage 3 TCP Coilover Kit front/rear kit below. The addition of chassis stiffening items like subframe connectors and shock tower supports to the left, will further improve the unibody's flexible design to be more rigid and predictable while under cornering loads. When selecting rear stabilizers, on a street driven vehicle, it's best to choose either a sway bar, or a panhard bar, but both together is best for track conditions. The use of the adjustable panhard bar will require modification to your current exhaust. The rear sway bars we offer are not made to work with OE rear sway bar cars. However it can be modified to work.

6 cylinder cars have only one option, stock replacement coil springs. However you can upgrade to stock V8 springs and cut them to ride height for added spring rate and hence performance. Keep in mind, any products previously installed or modified in any way are not returnable.

Stage 3 Ultra Performance Suspension Kit w/TCP Coilovers
The Ultra Performance Stage 3 kit offers the ultimate performance in TCP Coilovers for both the front & rear. This conversion will provide super improved strength and cornering by providing tubular adjustability, alignment (without shims) and ride height adjustment. Further improvements can be made by adding the chassis bracing options at the top of this page. Suspension geometry improvements include: lower center of gravity, higher roll center, reduced vehicle roll rate, quicker negative camber gain, increased compression travel, reduced rebound travel to limit body roll, more desirable shock motion ratio, and correct axis and length of lower arm assembly when utilizing factory mounting positions. Although pictured, these kits do not include the spindles. For the front coilover, a good spring rate baseline seeing regular street use would be 400-450 lbs, depending upon desired ride quality. Add 50 lbs for Big Block cars and 50 lbs for race use. TCP's rear coilover kit, th G-Bar is a bolt-in "Canted Four-Bar Suspension System" that directly replaces the OEM leaf springs and shocks for remarkably improved handling and performance. Can be used with specific bolt-in FAB9 housing (available on request) or customer's existing housing. Additional welding is required with non-FAB9 bolt-in housings. For the REAR, 150-175# would be a good range for driver to street performance applications. 200# for aggressive street driving or cars with additional weight in the rear. For every 100 pounds added, 25#'s in spring rate is needed.
