Warranty Information Failure of any non-racing Automobile Header during the life time of the original purchaser, while on the originally installed vehicle, is covered. JBA at its option will repair or replace the header at no charge to the purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for freight to and from JBA. Certain uses or occurrences listed below will void this life time warranty. Failure of any non-racing Truck Header which fails during the life time of the original purchaser, while on the originally installed vehicle, will entitle the purchaser to repair, replacement, or prorated credit according to the following chart:
The purchaser will be responsible for freight to and from JBA. Contact JBA to make a warranty claim. Before returning any product, call JBA to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number. After a Return Goods Authorization number is obtained, return the product freight prepaid along with a copy of the original invoice to the address below. JBA does not accept freight collect shipments. A product found to be defective or otherwise covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced per the above policy and returned freight collect. JBA expressly disclaims, and the purchaser expressly assumes, responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages arising from JBA product failure, JBA liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Other than the Warranty described here in, JBA products are sold "AS IS." No warranties terms are implied. Any provision voided by state or other applicable law shall not act to enlarge other provisions of this warranty except as expressly required by law. Products sold but not manufactured by JBA are subject to the product manufacturer's warranty only. THE FOLLOWING USES WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY:Use of non-factory superchargers, non-factory Turbochargers, Nitrous Oxide, Racing, use of "heat wrap" products, and or the use of fuels other than gasoline will void this warranty. Damage or destruction caused by tuning problems, such as excessively lean or rich air/fuel mixtures are not covered under the warranty. Damage caused by collision or failure of other components is not covered. Any repair or alteration not performed by JBA or its authorized agents will void this warranty. JBA cannot assume responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding smog and noise standards. Headers described as "Smog Legal" are warranted to be C.A.R.B. exempt. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser. JBA reserves the right to change the design, materials, or specifications of any product without notice |
