Terms of sale and disclaimer of liability: These engine kits are "Special Order." The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless notice of rejection is given within a reasonable time, which is agreed to be within seven (7) days after buyers receipt of product. Buyer waives any right to invoke rejection or  failure of acceptance thereafter.

Claims of damage or loss in transit must be made directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for damage in transit, so please open the product during the delivery for your own protection and have the carrier notate any damages or they most likely will not cover any losses.

No return of Product will be accepted without prior authorization, which will be issued at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Returned Product must be in the original shipping cartons, and must be complete with all packing materials.  All Products for return must be freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the product. Package must be marked with RMA number as supplied to us by the manufacturer and shipped back to the manufacturer.

Returned products must be in “as new” condition. Product which is “nicked, scuffed, scratched, dinged” or in any way damaged will not be accepted for return.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. By ordering one of the kits below, you agree to these terms and conditions.
