Mustang Depot Policy Change with regard to the Ship To addresses!

Due to new rules put forth by the credit card companies, Mustang Depot will only ship to the address in which your credit card is billed to (i.e. where your statement is received). We send all product orders over $500 signature required, so someone has to be present to sign for the packages. The only exception for the ship to address issue is; if you change your address with your credit card company (the process of updating may not be immediate), wire transfer the money directly to our account, or send us a cashier's check or money order. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. The new rules have been set forth to reduce losses associated with fraudulent activities. Over 2.5 billion dollars was lost in fraudulent activities in the year 2006 alone. The overwhelming majority of the burden was put upon the merchant (ie the store the card was used at).

For our customers using debit cards, keep in mind each time you hit the "SUBMIT" button, you are authorizing your card. This is the case even if our system declines the order due to an AVS mismatch (Address Verification System). So your bank will hold the funds until the authorization falls off (usually 48-72 hours). This is out of our control! So please make sure the information is accurate before submitting your order! If you're unsure, please contact your bank to verify your address information prior to ordering.
