Directions: From Interstate-275, take Exit 28 going west on Gandy Boulevard, Gandy turns into Park Boulevard after U.S. 19. Continue west on Park until 49th Street, turn right and go to 82nd Avenue (Joto’s Pizza on corner) and turn left. Town Square Plaza Park is located across the street from the Fire Station on the left side of 82nd Avenue. Look for Mustang Car Show Signs.

Judging Information: Registrations must be post-marked no later than March 9th, 2012.
All cars except Participant and 2010-12 cars will be judged using Modified MCA Judging. Best of Class and Awards of Excellence will be given in each class.

Definitions: Concours = 100% stock/factory (except tires and safety items)
Occasional Driven: = 3 or less modifications (except tires and safety items), vehicle only used for shows and pleasure driving (cruise-ins etc.) . . . Daily Driven: = 3 or less modifications (except tires and safety items), vehicle used as principal transportation for owner/driver. Engine compartment and trunks will not be judged on this class. . . Modified: = 4 or more modifications from “factory” version of vehicle, either mechanical or appearance items, clones included (example – Shelby Mustang “clone”)

Please register the car in the class that most accurately describes how the owner uses it.

During judging period, convertible tops should be up, passenger’s side and rear windows should be up. Driver’s side window should be ½ up. Hood and trunk must be open (except for Daily Driven Class) Work in Progress Cars, Participant Only, and Cars Registered Day of Show will not be judged.

The North Central Mustang Club will be holding their annual car show on Father's Day again for 2012 (Sunday June 17) at Indian Park in Montoursville PA. This will be our eighth year at this location, and expect anywhere from 90-150 vehicles depending on weather. This show is for Ford-powered vehicles, including Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, cars and trucks, antiques, classics, and modern, and will be held rain or shine. The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year. They distribute these toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community.

We are hoping to collect as many toys as possible for needy families.

Also, money donated will also be used to purchase new toys.

The Music City Mustang Club is hosting the twelfth annual High Speed Fun Driving Event. The event is a MCA sanctioned event, and is open to all makes and models. The 2012 Driving event has moved to the Memphis International Raceway in Millington, Tennessee, due to the closure of the Nashville Superspeedway. We have very fond memories from the NSS, but it is time to move on to Memphis.

Put your car through the paces at near race speeds and experience what only a few will ever have the opportunity to do. High Speed Action - Your Car, it doesn't get any better than this.

The event will open each day (May 25 - 26, 2012) at 6:30 a.m. for tech inspections and final registration. We have a mandatory Driver Meeting at 8:00 a.m. and the track goes hot at 9:00 a.m. You will be afforded volunteer ride-along instructors to help make the very Novice drivers to help make this a truly enjoyable experience

There will be seven run sessions for each of the run groups (Experienced, Intermediate, and Novice). In all you will receive approximately 1:45 minutes of actual high speed seat time on the MIR road course.

For the 5th stop of the season, the NMRA Ford Nationals and the NMCA Muscle Car Nationals will invade Chicago for the Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing. What a better place to hold this awesome all out event as Route 66 Raceway? The 34rd Annual NMRA Ford Expo, scheduled for September 1-2 at National Trail Raceway is one of the most exciting stops on the NMRA tour. The second-to-last point race is where racers really let it all out to battle, giving the track all it can take, and then some.

In addition to our usual NMRA racers, there will also be the chance to watch some vintage Blue Oval Fords race down the track in the Y-block Shootout and special vintage bracket classes. For the fans of both new and old, this is the NMRA event to be at.

For our final stop of the Keystone Automotive NMRA Ford Nationals, we head to the rolling hills of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Beech Bend Raceway will again be home to our World Finals event. As the final event, this is not only one of the NMRA's oldest, but hands down the largest. With over 400 heads-up race cars attending last year, you can expect close to 500-600 packing the raceway this year.

5.0 Mustang will also host its awesome King of the Street competition where 16 of the best all-around Mustangs shoot for the coveted title! And for those of you with more than just racing in mind, the World Finals features one of our largest car shows, swap meets and vendor midways. So come down to Beech Bend Raceway for an action-packed all-Ford extravaganza and watch the season's championships be decided on the strip!
